The China Paint Series Animal imagery from the ancient stories of Aesop adorn the wheel thrown pieces. Each is hand painted and inscribed using the over glaze technique of China painting. They are fired multiple times to add durable glazed images and add bright colors to the soft hues produced from the soda kiln. |
